POLICY
Our cancellation
and return policy is determined on a per product basis. Please
check with your sales representative before placing your order.
We require two business days (48 hours, not including weekends)
advance notice for cancellation of any order or items within an
order, during which time the cancellation will be processed. While
the cancellation is being processed the order may continue being
built and shipped as scheduled. Orders canceled prior to shipment
may still require a restocking fee. Some products are nonreturnable
and nonrefundable and may not be canceled at all, either before
or after shipment. Some products may require a restocking fee
if canceled before or after shipping. Items are considered shipped
once they have left the place of origin; items are still deemed
shipped if acceptance of the shipment is refused at the destination.
Non-shippable items, such as installation and support, are deemed
shipped when the associated products have shipped. The return
policy for the associated products will apply to the non-shippable
items.
